In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. FREE SHIPPING

Our shipping method is Standard International Shipping, and we offer Free Standard International Shipping On All Canada Orders Over $60. We have different vendors located in Asia, and we ship direct in order to offer the best pricing possible and if you placed numerous orders, please expect multiple shipments. Because your order is shipped international, you may be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which are not controlled or issued by Cuddledo. Few countries are indicated below for shipping information.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Since the majority of our products are coming from Asia, the amount of time it takes to prepare for shipment is relatively within a week. And from Asia to the United States or Canada usually takes 12-20 working days after order has shipped. Normal delivery time is between 15 and 22 working days. Shipping times varies by location. Some of our customers experienced delays because of Holidays or Customs Duties. Please refer to the table below. RETURN & EXCHANGE

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How To Return Or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@cuddledo.com. Please fill out the form.

  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please mail the package within 5 days of receipt of instructions to be eligible for a full refund.

  3. To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment.

Please note: we do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services to pick up packages.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

  1. After 30 days from the date of shipment, we'll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect except seasonal and sale items . 

  2. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.

How will I get my refund?

  1. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after we receive your package except holidays and weekends. Your refund will be made to your original form of payment.

  2. We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because they are non-refundable. 

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded; Only regular priced items may be refunded.

  4. During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 3 working days may be needed to process your refunds. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Late or missing refunds:

After we have confirmed a refund and have not got your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
