1. How long will it take to process my order?

We process your order immediately right after we received it. The process involves: the checking of products quality, the securing of stocks, orders packing, pick, and prepare for shipment. Once your order is placed, your shipment will leave the facility within one week. Normally, shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods of the supplier (standard or express). Actual processing and shipping time may take shorter or longer. If express delivery is chosen, it will cost our customers much higher shipping fee, while the duration period of the delivery time will only have few days difference from the standard international shipping. Sometimes, it has a greater probability of being stopped by Customs officers and of incurring in higher import duties. As a result, we choose to deliver our products the reasonable way. Typically, based on suppliers timetable, some countries received their merchandise in two weeks time after the processing system.

2. How is my order shipped?

We are not a regular online store that will deliver your order in less than 10 days. Most of our suppliers and vendors are located in Asia. We use Standard International Shipping, and we ship direct to Canada, US and other countries in order to offer the best pricing possible down to a minimum order quantity. We have selected and committed to just a few great suppliers shop to make sure your order is shipped the safest and cheapest way possible. 3. What are the shipping costs?

Depending on where your goods are to be delivered. All orders are directly coming from Asia, Australia and its nearby countries. This means that you are billed for international costs to get the goods to your location. Our shipping costs are incredibly low and depend on the volume of merchandise, weight and destination postal code. *It starts as low as $7.95 or free shipping when order reaches to a certain amount for many countries.

4. Are there any limit on the size of my order?

No limits until we ran out of it, and no minimums either. Your order can be as low as one item. But of course, why just order few items when you can save more with our high quality products at lower prices. Enjoy your savings!

5. Why our customers are willing to take more days of waiting for their orders to arrive?

We have sophisticated lines of clothes and other products at very comparative prices. We offer 100% price guarantee to match the lowest prices. Furthermore, we order samples for comfort and quality test. And we only have a few number of the best suppliers to deal with, so we can focus more with our customers. Happy kids! Happy moms! 6. Can I used more than one promo code?

We would like to give you the opportunity to combine discount promos in one transaction, but due to technical restriction it is not possible. And discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.

7. Why am I being charged for purchasing a Gift Card?

If you're only purchasing gift cards, we'll provide you a waiver code to remove the delivery charge. There is no shipping and handling and no taxes for gift cards. It is a personalized item and will be sent via email within 24 hours of purchase. In addition, using gift cards cannot be combined with other promo codes. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you.

8. What are the payment terms?

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars, plus taxes (if applicable). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro and PayPal.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request for cancellation of your order within 1 hour of placing it.  However, if the items have been processed for shipment it is subjective to a $5.00 fee (please refer to Question #1) It covers initial preparation for shipment.  Otherwise, we offer another option which you will be received a full amount -the refund will be made to your Cuddledo Wallet.

10. What is your return policy?
